Upcoming Shows and Meetings

The Urban Transit Club meets once per month, usually on the second Saturday. Our meetings are usually held at the Masonic Hall; which is located at 71 West 23rd Street, New York City. The Masonic Hall is on 23rd Street at Sixth Avenue. Several Subway and Bus lines are nearby, as well as PATH and Penn Station of the LIRR, NJT, and Amtrak. At most of our meetings there is a concession stand offering a variety of drinks and snacks for purchase.

Associate member:	$2.00
Door fee ( for non-members):	$6.00
There is no door fee for our annual fall slide auction.

Bill Myers

The September meeting’s entertainment will be a slide show put on by Mr. Bill Myers. Bill, a longtime member, transit photographer and slide collector will dig into his collection to show us a variety of topics including PCCs in operation in Pittsburg, PA and a salute to Twin Coach. We will also see various transit and railroad relics including EP-5s, GG-1s and more. Bill will also show us a small selection of movie theaters and miscellaneous transit including older buses and trolley images.

Bill can always be counted on for variety and usually has at least a few surprises up his sleeve when he gives a show, so DON’T MISS IT!
